Our on-call schedule is perfect for underwriters who are looking to work extra hours apart from their full-time career, stay current in the mortgage industry, or earn extra income.
  • Mortgage Closer to manage the customer relationship through the closing process, working in a team environment to process loans and support the necessary team functions.
  • Mortgage Loan Processor to process residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional) under various programs in a quality consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Jumbo Underwriter to underwrite and apply necessary conditions to ensure the borrower meets program specifications and review all loan underwriting and modifications documentation to ensure compliance with investor requirements.
  • Loan Servicing and Data Compliance positions: responsible for due diligence and compliance review, capturing data regarding loan transaction required to deliver within client reports.
