Job Description

Prior experience with OnBase is a requirement.

This position is responsible for design, development, maintenance, end-user support, reporting and training for OnBase and imaging solutions that enable our teams. It is expected this position with work with the business, other IT resources and Hyland to create effective ECM solutions.

What you will do:

  • Interface with business stakeholders and technical teams and provides technical leadership in requirement work sessions.
  • Develop new OnBase solutions using Workflow, E-Forms, Application Enabler, API, and Knowledge Transfer Modules.
  • Provide first line production support/maintenance. Involves working with end users to directly triage and solve issues impeding progress.
  • Demonstrate advanced analytical and abstract skills in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and multifaceted business issues and leading the team in evaluating and choosing the optimum solutions.
  • Provide advanced effective, verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of explaining technical information to and leading discussions with business analysts, vendors, senior management, and team members.
  • Performs additional duties as requested.


Who we are looking for:

Knowledge:

  • Experience in all aspects of ECM
  • Experience in Mortgage, banking, or finance preferred
  • Prefer already maintain OnBase technical knowledge necessary for certification as OnBase Certified System Administrator (Advanced) and Certified Workflow Administrator (Advanced).


Skills and Abilities:

  • Superb interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to deploy critical, enterprise-wide software applications
  • Excellent oral presentation skills including the ability to simplify complex thoughts/ideas
  • Facilitate technical/business forums necessary to support the entire SDLC process


Prior Work Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of related work experience


Education and Credentials

  • Required:  Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • MS optional
