Job Description

As part of Radian’s Marketing team, the Web Marketing Manager will help develop and then execute Radian’s web marketing vision, including management of the website redesign project, managing the website post launch and additional digital marketing projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, detail-oriented, data-driven, and a professional digital marketer that is experienced in driving and delivering web experiences that align with business goals. Reporting to the AVP, Digital Marketing and Creative Services, the individual in this role will be critical to delivering a best-in-class, customer-centric, website experience.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the day-to-day manager for web redesign project, which includes:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs and objectives, and translate them into a desired set of features and functionality for the new  website.
  • Gather design and development assets including change management and approvals from varied business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, capture and report meeting content and actionable items, ensuring strategic alignment and on-time delivery of assets.
  • Perform web-related duties to support the project team which may include assisting with website analysis, coordination of contact lists, usability best practices, assisting with defining and collecting web analytics, assisting with creating and maintaining processes.
  • Manage regular site maintenance, manage enhancements and ongoing updates to the website(s) – managing work queues, and making page, content and creative updates. This also includes managing the approval process of content, performing user testing and ongoing reviews of website content for accuracy and opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and internal and external feedback and insight to develop and implement ongoing queue of enhancements to continually optimize and improve the customer experience of the site.
  • Identify, facilitate and refine the testing, targeting and optimization experiences across the sites.
  • Constantly measure and regularly report on KPIs and the effectiveness of web marketing efforts – regularly analyzing and reporting on all online marketing initiatives overseen by the position, including website(s), organic search rankings, paid search metrics, etc., to continuously optimize overall web performance.

Who we are looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar is required.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in a digital marketing role with proven success in website development and management.
  • Experience with website development, HTML, CSS, Java, Google Analytics, content management systems.
  • Experience managing website projects from concept to implementation.
  • Experience with web design and development principles and digital marketing.
  • Project Management experience in both independent and collaborative environments.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, leading and facilitating cross-functional, matrix organized team to gain commitment and support for projects and initiatives.
  • Experience in mortgage and real estate services industry a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
  • Organized self-starter with ability to handle multiple concurrent work streams and prioritize for maximum impact.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines in ambiguous environments while still driving towards results.
  • Experience using and complying with a formal set of project management standards, templates and processes.

Prior Work Experience and Education:

  • Technical:   8 - 10 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
