  • Determine business needs and opportunities for continued process and technology improvements focused on automation and process efficiency to maximize capacity optimization, improve application workflow and increase customer satisfaction
  • Serve as subject matter expert  on innovative mortgage industry technology solutions, tools, and data (including the GSE Uniform Mortgage Data Program), and evaluate the cost / benefit of utilizing these tools and incorporating impactful data into Radian’s underwriting processes
  • Explore opportunities to integrate with mortgage lenders and vendors (e.g., loan origination system providers) to drive process efficiency and automation, for instance, leveraging automated tools in lieu of document collection and review; identifying opportunities to work with lenders to increase data sharing at the time of application
  • Focus on change management and the cultural indoctrination of operational excellence by leading collaborative, cross-functional technical projects that support the redesign of business processes and the leveraging of industry tools and data
