Job Description

The Training Coordination Specialist is a multi-faceted role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative functions within the National Training Dept. Duties to include: moderating webinars, new class set-up, class registration, attendance tracking and inventory control. Additionally, the TCS will use their strong technology acumen to assist the instructional designer in the creation/updating class materials, creating of marketing flyers, creating social media posts, designing thumbnails, and posting videos. The TCS will also serve as administrator of the LMS system - duties to include: ensuring data accuracy and integrity, troubleshooting issues, generating monthly reports, identifying trends.

What you will do:

  • Manage communication to the Sales organization and National Training Team. Serve as single point of contact for external communications submitted to the National Training mailbox. Responsible for problem resolution from inquiry to fulfillment.
  • Ongoing administration of the LMS application to include: ensuring data accuracy and integrity, troublshooting issues, generating  monthly reports, and indentifying trends
  • Coordinate training session calendar and materials for ILT (In-Person Instructor Led), V-ILT (Virtual Sessions) and On-Demand productions. Including new class set-up and material and inventory management. 
  • In partnership with the Instructional Designer, updating class materials and/or presentations, creating social media posts, designing thumbnails, posting videos to website, creating and distributing marketing materials, and managing the launch communication assets to advertise Training initiatives.
  • Accountable to drive team projects and initiatives to ensure deliverables and dependencies are met, projects progress and are complete on time.
  • Moderate courses hosted on Radian's webinar calendar by Guest Speakers.
  • Identify areas of process improvement and creation of Policies and Procedures as needed.


What we are looking for:

Knowledge:

  • Strong technology skills including mastery of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word. Ability to navigate new software with minimal direction.
  • Exposure to virtual meeting tools (Adobe Connect, GoTo Meeting preferred)
  • The ability to manage end to end project or initiative is required.

  • The ideal candidate must have an eye for detail, be able to successfully multi-task while ensuring data consistency and accuracy, display strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills with the ability to learn new processes and software quickly. Customer service is the cornerstone of our business and this role will also need to engage with both internal and external customers on a daily basis.

Prior Work Experience and Education:

  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.  Concentration in Learning and Development/HR preferred.
