Job Description

This position is responsible for designing, developing and deploying security technology and controls for Radian's global enterprise. The role is a visionary leader who will identify new trends and technology in cyber security and determine how the current model could utilize and support. They will identify future capability for IT and the business and determine the security requirements and delivery models required to support those future capabilities.

  •  The ideal candidate would have at least five (5) years of significant-o-extensive demonstrated experience and expertise to which the senior professional is assigned.
  • Preferred experience serving financial institution clients with demonstrated experience and technical understanding of accounting practices and compliance monitoring of banking institutions as wen as government auditing/accounting practices, credit analysis, and or experience in real estate with specific expertise regarding banking regulatory guidelines with respect to recording/monitoring charge offs and loss reserves.
  • Specific demonstrated experience in loan and other asset assessment, credit analysis, cash flow assessment, workout options, valuation, compliance monitoring, loan loss accounting and ban loan administration.
  • Demonstrated progressively responsible experience and expertise within their area of responsibility.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Abilty to assign, direct, and review work of staff, to work effectively and communicate with individuals at all levels.

Other Parameters:

  • In addition, the Contractor may designate certain personnel as Senior Professionals to provide technical support under TOs who have specialized expertise in real estate, loans, asset valuation, accounting or database management. Responsible for performing general oversight, surveilance and compliance monitoring reportng and analysis under TOs.
  • Includes analyzing data related to Loss Share Agreements, monitoring disposition of large, complete loss share assets, and analyzing asset files or asset data. This includes valuation of loans and real estate for the purpose of establishing FDIC reserves for losses under Loss Share Agreements.
