Job Description

A technical individual that will help lead and spearhead the ResWare software implementation project as the lead administrator, as well as own and maintain the configuration and changes on an ongoing and run basis. The ideal candidate will not be afraid of digging into details and working with executive management, title and escrow professionals, and software company professionals to gather, create, and administer workflow processes, document templates, fees, user roles, etc., and then continue to administer changes to ResWare over the long term. This role needs past experience as a Team Lean or Manager in Escrow and Title Services. Also candidates need to be experienced with creating and maintaining workflows in ResWare. Needs 5-8 years experience in Escrow/Title Services/Operations. Generally a solid performer in Title/Escrow with an aptitude for technology.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Configuration, population and management of the ResWare system
  • Assist with employee system training
  • Business analysis for operational efficiency
  • Manages communication with Adeptive, consultants, vendor partners for ResWare
  • Acts as project coordinator on small ResWare focused initiatives and projects

Job Specifications


  • Valuable attributes include: logical, rational, analytical, and objective with the ability to analyze and synthesize processes and workflows. Previous experience in title and escrow package(s) preferred. Experience with SQL, Reporting/BI tools, project management, training, is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Computer-savvy, not afraid of technology, left-brained (logical, rational, analytical, objective), problem solving, understanding of company processes and products

Prior Work Experience

  • Technical:   5 to 8 years
  • Supervisory:  5 to 8 years

Education and Credentials

  • Required:    Associate/Technical Degree
  • Preferred:    Bachelor’s Degree
