Job Description

The File Review Coordinator is responsible for the file review for GRC’s Component Services Division. The individual must be able to manage volume while focusing on the timeliness of the product delivered and have an understanding of the client perspective of quality. Responsible for the daily reporting of orders and exceptions in the orders.

This position may also include other duties, responsibilities, and project participation as determined by the VP of CS.

Primary Responsibilities:

1.)Meet strategic Key Performance Indicators of the File Review Coordinator position include:
~On-time %
~Time In Process (based upon order type)
~ Production

2.) Review Title Commitments and update SOR with data findings

3.) Review Purchase contracts and leases for strategic data points

4.) Other misc, fact checking within client documentations


Knowledge:

• Read and understand real estate contracts/purchase agreements. Read and understand all closing/lender documents- including HUD 1 settlement statements and deeds.
• Strong knowledge of title issues and problem resolution of these issues.
• Strong knowledge of foreclosure process and other legal matters as it relates to real estate.
• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Min. 1 year experience in an office environment.

• Good administrative skills with highly collaborative approach

• Proven reliability and dependability in attendance and punctuality
