Job Description

Headquartered in Philadelphia, Radian connects lenders, homebuyers, investors and loan servicers using a suite of private mortgage insurance and related risk management products and services. We help promote and preserve the tradition of homeownership while protecting lenders from default-related losses on residential first mortgages. We also facilitate the sale of low-down payment mortgages in the secondary market.

Our commitment to homeownership is built on a foundation of evaluating credit risk; we help clients and investors expertly and prudently manage risk in any market condition.

As the Director, Title New Business Development you will be required to build business by identifying and selling prospective clients.  You will also be required to maintain relationships with all prospective and cultivated/converted clients.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

1.)Identify list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from various sources such as internet, trade shows, business directories, and industry ads.

2.)Cold call prospective clients and travel throughout the country to distribute marketing materials, develop relationships and generate business.

3.)Maintain and provide sales and activity reports on a monthly basis.

4.)Attend industry association meetings, real estate events, Chamber of Commerce mixers, etc. to market services.

5.)Investigate and resolve customer service issues.

6.)Develop, implement and execute service surveys to customers.

7.)Develop and conduct presentations for existing and prospective clients in demonstrating services offered.

8.)Performs other duties as assigned.


Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Skills & Abilities:

Diverse knowledge of the settlement services field gained through prior experience; Proven marketing and sales experience and promotional ability; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities; Ability to demonstrate excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills; Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint); Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
