Job Description

Reporting to the AVP, Digital Marketing and Creative Services, the Digital Project Manager organizes and coordinates the day-to-day tasks of the website design project. The Digital Project Manager must have excellent communication skills, must be well organized and exhibit excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage PMO aspects of the scope, schedule, and budget through the full life cycle of the project. Communicate and organize incoming requests for changes, priorities and determine schedules. Update master timelines including organizing assets and updating team on status and budget. Partner with stakeholders to ensure plans are coordinated and responsible team members meet deadlines. Drive stakeholder groups in making key decisions.
  • Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate. Document and communicate with stakeholders and vendors as to ensure successful delivery of project. Prepare and maintain accurate reports as needed by project lead and management for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, capture and report meeting content and actionable items. Gather design and development assets including change management and approvals from varied business stakeholders.
  • Perform web related duties to support the project team which may include assisting with website analysis, coordination of contact lists, usability best practices, assisting with defining and collecting web analytics, assisting with creating and maintaining processes relevant to the web design project.
  • Executing and managing PMO processes that support project management processes, standards and templates. Incorporate project management best practices into PMO templates, standards and processes. Participating in the demand management process including work estimating and project budget planning.

Job Specifications


  • 3-5 years relevant experience in web or digital marketing project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Organized self-starter with ability to handle multiple concurrent work streams and prioritize for maximum impact.
  • Experience in mortgage banking industry a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing online marketing projects from concept to implementation.
  • Experience with web design and development principles, digital marketing and project management.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, leading and facilitating cross-functional, matrix organized team.
  • Experience using and complying with a formal set of project management standards, templates and processes.

Prior Work Experience, Education and Credentials:

  • 3 - 5 years of related work experience
  • Required:  Bachelor’s Degree
  • Other Certifications:  Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practioner (ACP) preferred.
