Job Description

Headquartered in Philadelphia, Radian connects lenders, homebuyers, investors and loan servicers using a suite of private mortgage insurance and related risk management products and services. We help promote and preserve the tradition of homeownership while protecting lenders from default-related losses on residential first mortgages. We also facilitate the sale of low-down payment mortgages in the secondary market.

The Compliance Operations Manager is responsible for client satisfaction through facilitating the timely and accurate delivery of due diligence services, training, development and support to both internal and external clients. The Compliance Operations Manager provides top-tier service support for Clayton’s compliance systems, and is responsible for scope, systems and special product developmental support.

1) The role will require expertise in eCLAS, necessary to give compliance guidance for internal and external inquiries.

2) Be the principal laison between Compliance and Operations, which will entail communicating system issues that may require re-reporting, determining if training is needed for new eCLAS releases and fielding questions and concerns regarding our testing/eCLAS programming.  

3) Provide compliance and eCLAS specific expertise in the eCLAS development, maintenance and optimization of Clayton’s proprietary software.  

4) eCLAS and Compliance ezxpertise necessary to assist in the drafting and development of specifications, providing of User Acceptance Training, and the creation of technololgy and compliance driven training materials and documentation.   

5) Provide SME in the support of Clayton Training of users.

6) Represent Clayton Compliance Team, as an extension of the future development of Clayton proprietary technology, for design, configuration, and UAT purposes.

7) Provide internal and external support to Clayton Customers, as an eCLAS Compliance Expert.


Knowledge:

Microsoft Word and Excel


Skills and Abilities:

1.)Thorough background and understanding of mortgage underwriting, technology/data mapping schema, loan documentation, legal and regulatory compliance requirements   
2.)Excellent customer relationship skills    
3.)Superior attention to work detail    
4.)Superior written and verbal communication skills    
5.)Excellent problem solver/technical expert    
6.)Experience in project management, service delivery, and client management.  


Education:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree - business, finance, or management
