Job Description

Headquartered in Philadelphia, Radian connects lenders, homebuyers, investors and loan servicers using a suite of private mortgage insurance and related risk management products and services. We help promote and preserve the tradition of homeownership while protecting lenders from default-related losses on residential first mortgages. We also facilitate the sale of low-down payment mortgages in the secondary market.

Our commitment to homeownership is built on a foundation of evaluating credit risk; we help clients and investors expertly and prudently manage risk in any market condition.

Works directly with client contacts to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all value products ensuring all orders delivered meet requirements and client expectations.

1.) Assist in meeting/maintaining department’s KPI’s on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

2.) Daily monitoring of all orders to ensure the accurate and timely flow of each order through the required processes. 

3.) Coordinate all daily, weekly and monthly communication with all assigned clients including reporting, emails and conference calls.

4.) Daily monitoring of the MSV and Red bell systems to orders flow throughout the systems timely and accurately

5.) Review of monthly client up-charges and appraisal billing reports.

6.) Assist the Quality Control and Fulfillment teams with any and all questions, escalations and concerns regarding their assigned orders.

7.) Responsible for effective communication to company management.  This includes but is not limited to client concerns, order status and orders requiring escalation.


Experience in the use of Microsoft products, data processing and web related research.  One year of real estate experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

Must possess a complete and thorough knowledge of every aspect of the Main Street Valuation’s services and products. Respond to all client requests within 2-4 hours of receipt. Place all client orders within 1 hour of receipt. Maintain an average on time ratio per client of 90% or greater. Maintain an overall average on time ration of 95% or greater. Strong leadership, organization, analytical, data entry and customer service skills required. Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal.
