These on-call, temporary positions are ideal for individuals who are effective at meeting quality and production goals while working independently from a home office. Our on-call schedule is perfect for underwriters who are looking to work extra hours apart from their full-time career, stay current in the mortgage industry, or earn extra income.
Mortgage Closer to manage the customer relationship through the closing process, working in a team environment to process loans and support the necessary team functions.
Mortgage Loan Processor to process residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional) under various programs in a quality consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all regulatory requirements.
Jumbo Underwriter to underwrite and apply necessary conditions to ensure the borrower meets program specifications and review all loan underwriting and modifications documentation to ensure compliance with investor requirements.
Loan Servicing and Data Compliance positions: responsible for due diligence and compliance review, capturing data regarding loan transaction required to deliver within client reports.
