Job Description

The Vice President of Title Services is responsible for the overall management, supervision and objectives of the Origination, REO and Special Projects within Title Services, including transitioning ISS title. Responsible for meeting agreed to Quality, Capacity, Delivery, Productivity, Profitability, and Team Building goals for Title Production Services. They are also responsible to ensure that team members are effectively trained, that performance management systems are implemented and that client issues are proactively addressed and resolved. Establish policy and procedures that support the department’s ability to meet and exceed client SLAs. Work with SVP to expand our additional service and technology offerings. Work with IT and ResWare admins to expand integrations with clients and vendors, streamline workflows in our system of record, work with IT development to implement workflow efficiency through the use of technology based solutions. Maintain license, audit, and regulatory requirements within the division. Work with third party vendors to maintain service and compliance requirements. Work in accordance to underwriter and state statutory requirements when producing title products and clearing curative items. Work with Sales and CRM's to onboard new clients. Director(s) for title related services and CRM team to report to the Title Services VP.

The office is located in Coraopolis, PA as well as remote.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for the overall quality, capacity, on-time deliver, productivity, team building and profitability while assuring all Radian Title Services and client SLA metrics for product delivery are met to assure optimum client satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor volume trends (WIP) to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained.  Address any issues /concerns with Leadership and HR.
  • Responsible for auditing and ensuring employees are performing job functions as outlined and assist in resolving any complex or escalated order issues. Track QC rejections and take appropriate action with team member and/or vendor.
  • Conduct division meetings as needed to communicate all new and updated client requirements, continuous process improvements and operational updates to staff.
  • Maintain open communications with management and clients. Participate on client status calls to further advance relationship with clients.
  • Title Services subject matter expert with the ability to meet with clients to explain internal processes.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of ALTA Best Practices compliance and risk related topics as required by ValuAmerica and regulatory authorities. 
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


Who We Are Looking For
Knowledge:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of five years of title industry or related experience required.   
  • Thorough knowledge  all aspects of the Closing/Consummation and Funding processes.

Other Position Parameters:

  • Licensed Title Agent in all applicable States(s) established by Underwriter Guidelines for proper funding procedures directed by State Agencies and where needed by Radian Title Services


Prior Work Experience:

  • Technical:   5 - 8 years
  • Supervisory:   3 - 5 years


Education and Credentials:

  • Required:    Bachelor’s Degree,  Concentration in Business
  • Preferred:    Bachelor’s Degree,  Concentration in Business
  • Other Certifications:   Licensed Title Agent
