Job Description

The Vendor Support Specialist primary responsibility is to provide assistance and support to vendors completing value conclusions on BPO reports. We have part time and full time positions, offering flexible schedule, anywhere from 7am to 6pm.

The position is a direct hire opportunity, located in Midvale UT.

•    Assist in the research and resolution of any payment issues between Vendors and Accounting.
•    Assist real estate agents in the accurate and timely submission of assigned orders.  This includes but is not limited to system support, general questions and guidance on client expectations.
•    Assist in the recruitment of new agents to the MSV system.  
•    Assist in the manual placement and/or assignment of orders with agents.
•    Assist in the regular follow-up with agents on assigned orders to help ensure an accurate and timely completed order.
•    Responsible for effective communication to company management.  This includes but is not limited to client concerns, order status and orders requiring escalation.
•    Assist in meeting/maintaining department’s KPI’s on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
