Job Description

This position assists with the day-to-day title agency operations and Home Equity closing services.   They must have a working knowledge of title underwriting requirements. Reviews all title clearance requests for accuracy/quality and updates title insurance commitments appropriately.  Ensures the accurate collection of policy premiums and that all requirements as set forth on the commitment have been met prior to the issuance of a title insurance policy.  Monitors title clearance requests and policy issuance to ensure company and client service level expectations are achieved.

What You Will Do

1.) Review all daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties in proper timeframe.

2.) Review documents to determine if liens/judgments can be removed under the supervision of a licensed title insurance agent.

3.) Process loan changes, title updates and fees changes on title commitments in accordance with rates and underwriter guidelines.

4.) Review and process all  Home Equity closing documents from beginning to end. 

5.) Address inquires from clients, seller agents, buyers agents, internal staff and management in a professional and timely manner.

6.)Perform all other duties as assigned.

Who We Are Looking For

College degree with industry experience is preferred.  Minimum requirements of a high school diploma with some experience within the real estate and/or vendor management service industry preferred.  ALTA best practices experience preferred. 

Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word); Knowledge of client-based systems; Attention to detail; Motivated and positive team player; Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business; Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.  6 months to 1 year experience.     


Required: HS Diploma/GED

Sign-On Bonus Details

  • Sign-On Bonus will be paid after the successful completion of 90 days of employment.
  • Hire must be to the posted position and for eligible posted job requisitions. 
  • In the event that you voluntarily terminate employment or are terminated for Cause within two years of your start date, you will be required to reimburse Radian a pro-rated amount of the sign-on bonus paid to you.
  • Hires made through a staffing agency are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Details of the sign-on bonus: 

  • $1500 sign-on bonus
  • Payable in the first paycheck following the successful completion of 90 days of employment.
