Job Description

Your primary responsibility as a Support Specialist will be to provide support and training to all users of the Pyramid Platform system, the Red Bell system, and other related applications. You will provide support to clients and other end users by responding to support requests received via email or phone. In addition, you will identify potential system enhancements and improvements that may reduce support requests or improve system functionality while also submitting and testing the recommended improvements.

What you will do

  • You will provide support to clients, outsourcers, agents, and other end users.
  • You will provide training to new users.
  • You will propose new features and updates.
  • You will communicate with clients and end users to understand needs.
  • You will collaborate with development team to ensure business and client requirements are met.
  • You will test new features and enhancements prior to release to production.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have approximately 6 months of related experience.
  • You hold, at minimum, a HS Diploma/GED, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • You have a solid proficiency in Excel and Word. 
  • Ideally, you have a Real Estate background in REO, Rental Management, Loss Mitigation, Real Estate Acquisition, or Short Sale.
