Job Description

Responsible for the monitoring, management and implementation of the Model Risk Management (MRM) framework. This role will work with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Assess, manage, monitor and report on model risk.
  • Work with model owners and developers to identify and define functional requirements.
  • Review and implement proposed changes to the MRM Framework.
  • Assist in the management of model inventory across the organization.
  • Review and summarize model validation efforts.
  • Author and review model documentation, risk ratings and support.
  • Design, develop, document and test new and existing models and methods.
  • Develop documentation and processes for the Quantitative Analytics group.


What we are looking for:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Possess the ability to review, monitor and manage model documentation.
  • Possess the ability to learn modeling techniques and methods.
  • 1-2 years experience (or internship) within model/enterprise risk management.
  • Experience or material knowledge of statistical modeling methods and/or revenue and expense modeling methods.
  • Enterprise Risk Management or Internal Validation Unit experience preferred but not required.

Prior Work Experience and Education:

  • 6 months - 1 year of related professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in concentration in Risk Management, Statistics and/or Mathematics required
