Radian’s Title Service area is growing and looking for talented individuals. We are offering a $1500 sign-on* bonus to join the team.

As the Manager of Title Agency and Recording Services you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Title Agency & Recording operations. You will assist the Vice President in ensuring the direction, management and performance of the departments in production and knowledge of procedures and systems. You will serve as a hands-on manager while ensuring you have working knowledge of all aspects of daily operations; including, being responsible for controlling costs to ensure maximum profitability and that budget goals are met. You will help support and ensure that your team is thoroughly trained in the Title Agency & Recording Services processes and knows how to handle escalated and difficult orders.

What You Will Do:

  • You will be responsible for the day-to day management of Title Agency and Recording Services operations setting daily/weekly goals for the team to ensure the proper handling of all Title Agency and Recording Services functions and all client inquiries/escalations are successfully resolved.
  • You will continuously monitor daily volume (WIP) to ensure orders are distributed properly among team members to operate the team at maximum efficiency to meet budgetary goals.  Makes staff level recommendations to the Vice President to address with Leadership and HR.
  • You will submit, review, approve and track all documents for recording and title policy issuance in accordance with ALTA Best Practices, company and client requirements.
  • You will review documents to determine if liens/judgements can be removed and processes loan amount changes, title updateds and fee changes on title commitments and policies in accordance with rates and underwriter guidelines.
  • You will manage and approve team lead and title services representative timecards, work and PTO requests and adjusts as needed for anticipated order volume.  
  • You will conduct team meetings to communicate new processes, improvements, and training as needed.
  • You will review new and current employee training and performance and counsel/reward as appropriate.


Who We Are Looking For:

  • You have at least a high school/GED equivalency with a preference for a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business or related discipline.
  • You have at least 3 years of industry experience (Licensed Title Agent Preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire or promotion). 
  • If you have experience within the real estate industry and/or vendor management service company that would be preferred. 
  • In addition, if you have ALTA best practices experience that would be a big plus for this role as well. 
  • You should have experience with complex title clearance issues with the ability to successfully resolve difficult matters. 
  • You have proven management experience within a matrixed organization.

Details of the sign-on bonus: 

  • $1500 sign-on bonus
  • Payable in the first paycheck following the successful completion of 90 days of employment. 
  • Eligible for candidates who are hired and submitted their application received May 13, 2020 through May 30, 2020.
  • Agency candidates are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
