Job Description

As a member of the Sales Operations team, the Jr Salesforce Administrative Analyst provides basic administrative support for the Salesforce platform. The Jr Salesforce Administrative Analyst will also be responsible for the crafting of Salesforce.com related training materials, documenting processes, building reports, and analytical support on various sales related initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Conduct regular data auditing to maintain integrity of the system
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the department's internal document library including but not limited to a data dictionary
  • Document system processes and track change requests
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and other routine tasks.
  • Serve as Level 1 Support for field and inside sales resources via email and phone


What we are looking for:

Knowledge:

  • Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or Operations Management
  • Prior work experience in mortgage or mortgage insurance industries preferred. 
  • Experience with enterprise CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce preferred


Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and Access
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, and continually prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce accurate, timely results
  • Commitment to the task assigned and a willingness to put the time in if necessary to complete the assigned task


Prior Work Experience and Education:

  • 1 to 3 years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree,  Concentration in Technology; Computer Science; Operations Management; Accounting, Business Administration.
