Job Description

Customer Service Reps serves as a single point of contact for ValuAmerica clients. Client Relations further serves as the liason between our clients, vendors, internal operations and management staff. The individual must have a complete understanding of the title, appraisal and settlement services industry, strong communication skills (bi-lingual a plus) and ability to multi task as projects are assigned.

Radian is growing our Appraisal and Title Services team and looking to hire talented individuals to join our team in Coraopolis, PA! We have several full time and part time positions available, both first and second shifts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer Service handles all client inquiries via telephone and email.  All inquiries are handled in a professional manner and well documented in system. 
  • Client relations coordinator will document issues and follow up for resolution as needed.
  • Assist operations in other departments with incoming orders, client specific projects and reports.
  • Update spreadsheet to clients on order status
  • Assist in client setup and training on ValuNet xsp.
  • Send invoices to clients as required.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required.


Job Specifications

Knowledge:

  • A college degree and one to three years of customer service and/or equivalent of industry experience preferred.   An aptitude for problem solving and proven organizational skills required. 


Prior Work Experience

  • Technical:   1 - 3 years

Education and Credentials

  • Required:    High School Diploma
