Job Description

As the CRM Administrator - Salesforce you will serve as a liaison between management, IT, BU leaders, members of the Sales team and Enterprise Partners. You will be responsible for administrative support for Salesforce's usage specifically focusing on data management, sales process modeling and reporting. The role is also expected to participate in the development and implementation of all enhancements related to the Sales team productivity. In addition, this position will ensure assigned applications meet user needs, will assist users to maintain current data and information (and anticipated new uses) and will stay apprised of platform enhancements and internal changes needed for the application.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support development, “buildout” and implementation of Radian’s CRM processes specifically as it relates to the Enterprise Sales effort.  Effort requires working closely with CRM vendor, IT developers and appropriate BU leaders
  • Support Marketing efforts leveraging the CRM platform including campaign development, management and enablement of related marketing technologies
  • Provide Salesforce Training to the Enterprise Sales team
  • Develop and manage reporting and data analytics from the CRM system, Manage data quality in the application
  • Other duties as described


Job Specifications

Knowledge:

  • Require 5-8 years of related experience in a corporate work environment, managing vendors and working with internal and external customers.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong technical background. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Able to take direction and work with little or no supervision. Demonstrates maturity and the willingness to work with others, internal and external. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively with non technical personnel.  Able to educate users on how to correctly enter, verify and reconcile relevant data.  Answer user questions via phone or email and work with CRM system vendors.  Collaborate with department managers, business analysts, programmers, software engineers, system engineers and other staff involved with Salesforce.


Prior Work Experience

  • Technical:   5 - 8 years


Education and Credentials

  • Required:    Bachelor’s Degree
  • Other Certifications:   Preferred understanding of basic CRM applications and technologies. Specific administrative knowledge of Salesforce.
