We are offering a $1500 sign-on* bonus to join the team. Radian is still hiring!! We have embraced the work from home scenario during this time and our staff are fully working and business continues to grow!

What You Will Do

The Closing Services Representative will be responsible for working with signing agents, closing offices and attorneys to schedule closings as directed by Lender/Contract with a thorough understanding of all the documents utilized in a closing package. They will prepare title documents as necessary and review signed loan packages ensuring all title and lender requirements have been met in accordance with the Closing Instructions provided.

******College students/graduates as well as those with experience in lending or banking will be considered. We will train the right candidate!******

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1.) Communicate with closing agents, clients and title services team to ensure all documents necessary to clear title are obtained and all closing documents are approved to coordinate/schedule upcoming closing. 

2.) Prepare Title Documents and review all Lender closing documents prior to the scheduled commencement date to ensure insurance underwriting guidelines and lender closing instructions are met.

3.) Confirm closing details are completed, funds due at closing are provided and post-closing of the package is accurate and complete.

4.) Address inquiries from clients, seller's agents, buyer's agents, internal staff and management in a professional and timely manner.

5.) Perform daily review of all work in progress to ensure all work is completed in a proper time-frame.

6.) Cross-train within Closing Services team and company-wide as necessary by operational demands.

7.) Perform all other duties as assigned.

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum requirement of a high school diploma

Some experience within the real estate industry preferred but not required. 

ALTA best practices experience preferred but not required.

Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word);  Knowledge of client-based systems; Attention to detail; Motivated and positive team player; Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business; Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Education and Credentials:

Required: HS Diploma/ GED

Details of the sign-on bonus: 

  • $1500 sign-on bonus
  • Payable in the first paycheck following the successful completion of 90 days of employment. 
  • Eligible for candidates who are hired and submitted their application received May 13, 2020 through May 30, 2020.
  • Agency candidates are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
