Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the AMC Client Services department, which includes two sub teams, Client Relations and Client Administration. The supervisor will be responsible for providing the necessary level of support to our staff and management team, while ensuring an enhanced experience for our clients.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily activities of the group to ensure required tasks are completed in a timely manner and goals set are being met by both the team and individual.
  • Resolve client complaints and requests in a prompt and professional manner and escalate complex matters to upper management.
  • Manage reporting/analytics for all department needs including any client required spreadsheets.
  •  Continuously monitors and tracks issues and identifies our strengths and weaknesses in meeting/exceeding client expectations.  Makes recommendations to management on potential solutions for weaknesses
  • Update and maintain all client profiles, including creating any new profiles needed.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients allowing the business to maximize the value of the relationship(s).
  • Become a "Subject Matter Expert" on all clients, new and existing, including participating in any client meetings to explain processes and services and training new employees.
  • Manage high-level projects assigned and coordinate resources with other dept managers and executives.


Job Specifications

Knowledge:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • 3 years of appraisal management industry experience.
  • Proven strong customer service and communications skills a must.
  • General knowledge of FIRREA, USPAP, Dodd-Frank and Agency guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

  • Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and to direct others

People Management:

  • Located in Pittsburgh, PA.
  • Currently would have 6 direct reports and continually growing.


Prior Work Experience

  • Technical:   3 - 5 years
  • Supervisory:   None


Education and Credentials

  • Required:    HS Diploma/GED
  • Preferred:    Bachelor’s Degree
  • Other Certifications:   Some college is preferred over a HS Diploma/ GED
