Job Description

As a member of the Business Compliance team, as the Business Compliance Analyst you will support the process of fulfilling clients' requests for due diligence on Radian and its subsidiaries. You will manage the client request intake process and inventory tracking, produces a variety of inventory reporting, and assists the Business Compliance team with general client request fulfillment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake process for due diligence requests from clients or their third party risk management representatives.  Review and acknowledge requests, gather basic information for the team to be able to respond appropriately to the request, assess the request type and complexity, input the information into a tracking system, and monitor progress on weekly action items.
  • Maintain the client request tracking system to ensure that it accurately reflects the outstanding inventory and closed/fulfilled requests, as well as the required information relating to each request.
  • Produce reporting of client request trends and inventory composition, utilize information to assist in the determination of service level indicators and assist with identification of process breakdowns/enhancements.  
  • Assist the Business Compliance team with client request fulfillment, such as preparation for onsite due diligence meetings, document gathering, supporting the maintenance of a due diligence documentation repository and a master contact list reflecting internal and external contacts for specific tasks and clients.

Job Specifications


  • Bachelors Degree required in Organizational Mgmt., Business Admin. or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, such as business compliance, operational management, sales support, customer care, RFP management, auditing, relationship building, information security and/or third party risk management.
  • Familiarity with Radian's businesses, policies/procedures, products and/or clients is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Critical and innovative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage tasks and time commitments to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Prior Work Experience

  • Technical:   3 - 5 years
