Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the Agent Relations Dept. to ensure the GRC Agent Network satisfies the needs of the different business units and our clients while providing the necessary level of support to line level staff and managers. 

Primary Duties:

1.) Monitor daily activities of the group to ensure required tasks are completed in a timely manner and assist in resolving escalated issues

2.) Monitor agent coverage and scoring trends

3.) Manage reporting/analytics for all dept. needs

4.) Manage high-level projects and coordinate resources with other dept managers and executives

5.) Work with the management staff to identify areas of need/concern and develop/implement procedures to correct

6.) Complete required reporting (both internal and external) and communicate results to clients/management

7.) Gather and report diversity information on the agent network, as required by clients

8.) Work with Agent Liaison to ensure the necessary agent training is completed to satisfy the business needs and all other duties as assigned


• Two years prior office and management experience
• Minimum three years prior experience in REO and/or real estate (real estate license a plus)
• Two years default mortgage servicing experience preferable
• Knowledge of client based systems a plus (Equator, Res.Net, Pyramid, etc.)
• High school diploma required (some college preferred)

• Experience creating and delivering training modules for large groups
