Job Description

The Account Manager requires daily interaction with other members of the Servicer Relations team, servicers, as well as various groups and will continually foster an open and honest line of communication between operations, consulting and management.
This position will be required to hold a high-level of client, servicer, loan and company information confidential at all times.

1.) Manage several servicer relationships, tracking issues through resolution

2.) A liaison for Operations providing information on servicer industry trends, changes at the servicers’

shops, and issues with servicers.

3.) Ensures all data for applicable servicers is accurately tracked and validated

4.) Communicates all data issues to the appropriate parties and ensure issues are resolved in a timely

manner

6.) Assist with and lead annual servicer on-site evaluations to include management interviews, file testing,

risk assessment and the completion of the final report to be sent to various surveillance clients

8.) Review question portal responses bi-weekly for accuracy, and provide feedback to the team leads and

analysts surrounding the performance of questions posted through the portal

Knowledge:

At least 1 - 2 years of direct experience with Clayton / CFIS or equivalent experience in the field

Knowledge and familiarity with current mortgage servicing and compliance laws and regulations

Skills and Abilities:

Analytic creativity, negotiation and problem solving skills are needed, using a wide range of information and perspective to identify current conditions and needs.

Strong work ethic with good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
